Mr. Noble Peter, Managing Director and Founder of SMET, established the organization in 2012 with a clear mission to transform students’ lives through effective career guidance and mentorship. His dedication has enabled many students to achieve their academic and professional goals, including those who faced financial barriers to education.
Alongside him, Mrs. Christeena Noble, Co-Founder of SMET, has played a pivotal role in the organization’s growth and expansion. Her leadership contributed significantly to the formation of SMET International and continues to guide students toward informed and meaningful career choices.
